Returns & Refunds

Rem Ring gives you two return windows that add up: the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal, plus, on top of that, our own 30-day return window. In total, you have up to 30 days to send your product back.

Right of withdrawal, 14 days (statutory)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Rem Ring return window, 30 days (voluntary)

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily grant you an extended 30-day return window from receipt of the goods. Within this period you can return your product under the same conditions as the statutory withdrawal.

How to return your order

• Email us at remring2026@gmail.com with your order number.
• We'll send you return instructions within 24–48 hours.
• Send the product back in resalable condition (original packaging, no wear beyond inspection).

Return shipping costs

The direct cost of returning the item is borne by the customer, unless stated otherwise in our communication.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected the product, we refund the amount paid within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method you used at checkout.

Faulty products

If the product has a conformity defect, the statutory warranty applies and the return is free of charge. Contact us with a description and, if possible, photos.

Size exchanges

For a size exchange, please talk to us before sending the product back; during this initial launch phase we handle each case individually.
